Terms & Conditions

The below terms and condition can be changed at any moment without any prior or written consent.

1. All photoshoot’s are booked in the knowledge that you fully accept our terms and conditions.

2. On purchasing one of our sessions or vouchers you have 6 months in which to you it and if your change your mind after purchasing one of our voucher or photoshoot’s, a refund will only be offered with the first 14 days after purchase.

3. If you would like to change an experience that you have booked to a different one please provide us with 10 days notice.

4. In order to secure you booking we will require a £25 refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be returned at your viewing or deducted from any purchases you make at your first viewing appointment.

5. A parent or legal guardian over 18 must be present at the photoshoot and viewing appointment. If this is not possible then we will be unable to fulfil the appointments.

6. Our available outfits do not cater for all sizes and shapes so if you are unsure or have any questions please call us prior to your appointment. Also feel free to bring your own.

7. Outfits are also not provided on some of our experiences so please provide your own where needed or if unsure contact us via email or phone.

8. Whilst we don’t foresee any issues, we always think it is wise to make sure you have your own public liability insurance as incidents and accidents can occur. We accept no responsibility for example for any accidents, incidents, injuries etc to you or any of your party members attending our studio, whatever the cause. You attend our studio at your own risk.

9. Any personal belongings, vehicles, equipment that belong to you or your party members are you own responsibility. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft.

10. Please do not use your mobile phone or any other camera device to take photo’s in the studio or during your experience.
