Frequently Asked Questions

Why use Imagipix?

Great question. The simple answer is that we like to create photoshoot experiences that are fun, exciting and creative. We pride ourselves on creating brilliant photos that you can treasure for a lifetime and we also provide products that you will love.

Why do I need to pay a refundable deposit?

Due to the popularity of our experiences we require a refundable deposit of £25 to ensure your date and time is confirmed. This deposit is returned to you on your viewing appointment or alternatively can be used towards any photos you may purchase. We also have a 48hr cancellation policy. This then allows us the option to rebook your appointment for another customer.

What if cancellation is required due to illness?

We totally understand that sometimes people are unable to attend due to being unwell especially in recent times. If this is the case then please let us know as soon as possible and we will move you appointment. It’s always better that we know even if it’s on the day as we have a customer waiting list that we can utilise.

What are your special effects?

We have a series digital backgrounds and overlays that we can apply to our photos, which provide your pictures with that wow factor. These special effects are flatted images so therefore we are unable to amend elements in the backgrounds or overlays.

Can I swap my photoshoot experience, once purchased?

This is certainly a possibility but we would require at least 10 days notice to be able to swap.

Can I purchase digital files?

This is a popular request and as a result we have created packages that include digital files. The digital files can be purchased in two formats, the cheapest being our social media files that can be used on social media and printed up to a 10×8 size. The other option is full format files which can be printed larger than this.

How long do I need to wait between photoshoot and viewing?

This usually will be between 2-3 weeks. This provides us with the time to add the digital sparkle to your photos.

How many photos can I expect to view?

You can expect to see over 25 finished photos at your viewing appointment.

How long is the viewing & can I bring my children?

We ask that you allow up to 1 hour for your viewing. It doesn’t always last an hour but we like to allow enough time. We also recommend if possible that you don’t bring along your children as this allows you to be able to relax and enjoy your viewing. Also there is not much for the children to do during the viewing. However, if you have no other option them please feel free to bring them along.

How do I book my Imagipix experience?

Once you have purchased your photoshoot, please contact us via phone or email and we will provide you will available dates and times for your chosen photoshoot.

Will there be deals at the viewing?

Absolutely! We will offer special prices that will only be available on your first viewing appointment and will not be available online or at any subsequent viewing appointment.

Can you view the photos online?

All photo selections must be made in person at the studio, as we do not offer online viewing due to the current advancements in AI technology. We also can’t choose your photos for you.

How can you pay & do you offer payment plans?

We accept most major credit and debit cards but feel free to contact us to check. We do also offer short term payment plans which can be quite useful. This means you can spread you purchase over 2, 3 or 4 months.

Who owns the copyright of the photos?

We at Imagipix own the full copyrights to the photos. However depending on your order we can provide you with permission to reprint but (NOT EDIT OR AMEND PHOTOS)

Can I take photos using my mobile or other camera device?

Unfortunately this is a no no. As I’m sure you can appreciate you are coming to ourselves to have us take your photos in our studio. It is similar to going into a restaurant and using their tables and surrounding but bringing your own food and drink, which again is a no no.

Is there parking available?

There is a small area of parking at the mill, however there is a charge for parking depending on the length of your stay. Please check out the parking signs in the car park.
